1st Unapologetically Italian Photographic Competition.

Are you an enthusiastic photographer?

We challenge you to capture an image that communicates Segmento's vision- that knowledge and appreciation of diverse cultures help to promote a more peaceful global community. Or alternatively, capture Segmento's mission, which is to leverage on Italian art culture and lifestyle as a way of recognising and honouring the fact that we live in a multicultural world.

Segmento's mission is what inspired the first edition of the Cover of the first edition 2021 of the Magazine.

Could you snap a photo as wonderful that this? Whether with your phone or with your professional camera, If you believe you can, then submit your entry to segmento@segmento.com.au and go in the running to win a cash prize and to have your photo on the Cover of Segmento - Unapologetically Italian!

The winner will receive AUD $1000. Second and third runners up will receive  $500 and $250 respectively. All entries will receive a free copy of the June edition of Segmento - Unapologetically Italian, which will include an acknowledgement of their participation.  Entries are due by midnight on 10 May 2021.

Condition of Entry:

Submission of high-resolution photographs (600 dpi min) at segmento@segmento.com.au by midnight of 10 May 2021.

All submissions are to be accompanied by a statement by the photographer to certify the originality of the artworks as previously unpublished on any media or social media outlet.

The competition, open to professional and non-professional photographers, will be judged by Segmento's editorial committee. All material submitted will be owned by Segmento Pty Ltd which retains the right of publishing the photos in its magazine, social media and online on Segmento.com. au. The winners will be announced on Segmento social media, website and magazine.
